The Belvedere story is one of history, starting long before the first hotel was built on the site in 1823. From Aboriginal occupants to European settlement, the site has been witness to decades of Australian history and today offers Sydney-siders and visitors alike a boutique bar with delectable food and beverage menus along with a conservative gaming room and cosy garden terrace.
